Sound mediation is one of the easiest forms of meditation. During this session you will simply focus your attention on the sounds.
Sound Meditation can increase presence and focus attention away from negative or unhelpful thoughts. It can help elicit tranquility, healing, cognitive clarity, improved sleep and emotional well-being. Let’s realign and rebalance!
